HYGIENIC-SANITARY PROCEDURES ADOPTED TO COUNTER THE DIFFUSION OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

In order to ensure your holiday in total safety, we have put in place hygienic-sanitary procedures following the legal indications provided by the main control bodies and to protect public health.

What we do to ensure the safety of our guests and staff:

Our operators have been properly trained and informed on all the procedures and actions to respect to clean, sanitize and hygienically secure housing, common areas and Service areas.The structure will be equipped with Totems containing sanitizing gel dispensers at the Reception

CHECK-IN

Web check-in will be the best way to speed up the entry procedure and avoid gatherings. In the case that it is not possible to perform the web check in, it can be performed at the reception which guarantees its execution according to the rules laid down by the government. Body temperature may be detected, preventing access in case of temperature > 37.5 ° C.

PROCEDURES ADOPTED FOR THE SANITATION OF ACCOMMODATIONS

We use concentrated products for simultaneous cleansing and disinfection with sterilizing action aimed at total decontamination of spaces and surfaces in accordance with the current safety law, whose characteristics are:

  • Strong disinfectant, cleaning and deodorant;
  • Disinfection times: 5 minutes at a concentration of 2.5% and 10 minutes for 0.5% solutions. It acts on all microorganisms;
  • Exclusive action with total spectrum of activity (bacteria, yeasts, fungi and viruses) and exceptional rapidity of disinfection: bacteria, 5 minutes of action; spores and mushrooms, 10 minutes of action; virus, within 1 minute;
  • No residue after rinsing;
  • Effective even in the presence of organic matter;
  • Does not contain peroxide: therefore ideal for disinfection with sterilizing action;

Bed linen and towels arewashed by a specialized company with high temperature machinery, sanitized and packaged with plastic coating, The same will be placed in the room by our staff who will carry out this task equipped with all the protective devices.

And..:

  • during the cleaning procedures the rooms are adequately ventilated;
  • for cleaning and disinfection of rooms we prefer to use disposable products;
  • it is our particular care to clean and disinfect surfaces that are used the most frequently, such as handles, switches, support surfaces;
  • all porous surfaces such as carpets are also cleaned and disinfected, sofas, curtains, using specific disinfectant products;
  • all kitchen utensils are cleaned and disinfected with concentrated products for cleaning and disinfection with sterilizing action;
  • cleaning and sanitizing procedures are carried out in all rooms in the kitchen, in the living room, in the bathroom, on the veranda and in all the different types of accommodation available;

The products used do not present any carcinogenic risk. This guarantees the use in total safety and compliance with the provisions of the Safety Law (Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments)

Breakfast

  • Breakfast will be served for free directly in your room! Each guest can decide the day before what he wants to eat the next day and our staff will take care of the rest!

  • control with thermometer for temperature monitoring at the beginning and end of the duty;
